Moon Sliver and Me (Quest Bug - NPC not responding)

Quest NPC (Klynthota) not responding.


Name of NPC: Klynthota
World: Excalibur
Area NPC is located: Saint Coinach's Find
Quest Name: Moon Sliver and Me

Problem: Had quest in my journal from this npc before patch 2.1 but did not attempt to complete it. Finished the objective (killing enemy but didn't use the key item) post 2.1 and returned to NPC. Klynthota will not respond, will not turn to me when I pressed confirm to her, even though there's a small lock on movement to my character like usual. Tried to relog but she still does not respond. Tried abandoning to restart the quest. Her "!" came back but still wont respond to me.

Same NPC quest marker over his head. doesn't react to being engaged. same glitch as brucemont.
