PvP melee dps perspective

Melee is in a horrible position lacking enough utility to even do their own job properly. gliches with bunny hopping i hope will be fixed so thats not the main topic here as its been covered in other threads.

As it stands melee dps have good gap closers but there usually acompanied by a stun mong tackle and spineshatter. the stuns are so short that it just wastes the stun dr. gap closers stun should give u just enough time to apply our movement speed debuff which neither melee has at the moment. this is a core issue what pvp enviroment has had no slows for a melee in recent gaming that has been even close to balanced?

ranged have all the tools to kite melee endlessly and melee have a few gap closers and a pray to the rng gods slow.

melees need to be able to apply damage to a target or ranged will always be superior.

while i agree with the sentiment "bring another job to your comp to cover your weaknesses" your weakness as a melee dps should not be dealing actual dps.

forget about playing melee dps, take a tank and 3 casters(healer included) and you have a setup that beats every melee composition out there... period.
