Maximizing the benefit of Treasure Hunt

Treasure Hunt can give you a decent reward if you do it right.
Today I got 15myth from a peisteskin map in a 2 minutes fight.
Now, if you build a Treasure Hunt Party and, either gather maps(1 every 18 hours) or buy them(, you can optimize the myths.
Lets say all of your members have a map, and each map will give you 15myth,
in a full party, with 2-3 minute fight you will be able to get 15*8=120myth in 20 minutes average, plus gear, gil (5k * 8=40k), and even crafting/housing materials.

Assuming 15 myth from 8 out of 8 treasure maps is optimistic. You'll often only get 5, and occasionally get as few as 1 Myth per Peisteskin Map. It's still a great method for Myths in my opinion, but getting the best Myth reward on every map that you hunt in a party isn't a given.

It's more worth it for the gil and when you can get a group of FC members to do them all in one go... Get a few people to gather maps all week, do them on the weekend, everyone gets some decent gil, maybe a few myth, maybe a few rare materials, and maybe a rare minion to sell on the market for absurd prices or to flaunt until more people do treasure hunts.

Was not aware of that. Lower I have gotten is 10 myth from a solo map.
Does anybody know if reward is related to the time it takes to defeat the enemies?

You can easily do Peisteskin in 3-4.

If you want the drops in priestess in, Low man it and/or agree among the member what you are going for.

If you are collecting Gil for your FC. Do it in a full party with FC mates.

3-4 is pretty fast lol, and you get more rewards. Do you know how weak the mobs are?

Lowest I've received was 2 philo from a 1 man. I've only twice received myth at all, once 5 and another 10.

Do it with your FC, everyone gets the same amount of Gil, doesnt matter if you are 3 or 8 people.
