Ishgardian Steel Ingot

We heard the Ishgardian Steel Ingots needed to make a chair drop in Stone Vigil but have not seen any yet. Can anyone confirm this?

I can confirm that they do come from a chest in Stone Vigil. I forget exactly which chest, but it's in one of the side rooms, the ingot itself isn't rollable, it randomly gets distributed to one person.
