Greetings all from Aetherial Scions, a Free Company on Phoenix <eu>!

We are currently recruiting lively, friendly players that would like to join a wonderful and active community within FFXIV: ARR, anyone and their play-style is more than welcome as long as maturity and friendliness is kept as a core concept to those within and those outside the free company.

So, what are we about, exactly?

Well, the answer is not quite as simple as it seems, as for each Scion, this company is more than just a chat-room or a mass of players, it is a home, a place where everyone can belong.

As a Free Company, we try to maintain a friendly and active environment where any type of player can enjoy the game for what it's meant to be; playing exactly what they want, when they want and how they want whilst still achieving progress and seeing all the content Eorzea has to offer. We will take on anything, no matter what the challenge is, and we will get it done!

We run against the 'norm' of what is expected of members. There is no level restriction, there is no gear restriction, no playtime restriction and definitely no class restriction, we firmly believe that our members must always play what they enjoy the most.

Alongside many strong ties with people within the company itself, we also have an an established Linkshell that serves as an alliance between other free companies such as VII Seals, Daemonic Army and Vagabond Knights which all contain many amazing people who are fantastic to team up with, who also hold the same ideals as us.

So if you are looking for a place to call home, with people who will have your back at every turn, through thick and thin, from slaying sheep to traversing lands where angels fear to tread, this is the place for you.

Hey guys. I actually just left the Vagabond Knights :'( They are really cool and always helpful, and happy to do a slow and easy run with me, however the fact that other people weren't initiating such runs themselves made me hesitant to take advantage of their kindness and slow them down.

Do you think there are many players in Aetherial Scions with similar goals to that? It's important to me that I'm not taking advantage of the kindness of other players, and slowing them down, but rather playing the way I prefer with like-minded people.

Hey there Bynder! To give you a fair idea of what we're about, I think it would be great if we could chat in-game. I would love to hear about what exactly in an FC you are looking for, in person, as well.

Our fc is always focused on helping people anywhere and through anything, this includes runs from low end all the way to coil t5. The only requirement I have for my members/dungeoneers and raiders is that they be understanding towards others, help where they can and in essence play to enjoy the game, that is one of my personal concerns for every Scion, so to directly answer you I definitely believe that every member in our fc would gladly be patient, have fun, offer advice if requested and run anything you would like to do with them (With respect to who's online and available ofc).

Hello any chance in knowing raid times and activity just looking for A suitable FC with time zones.

Hi Arwyn, sure!

Our raid times do change depending on a few factors since we're a casual FC, but we mainly have a cycling schedule. That is, one week will have raids scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday at around 19:00 gmt then the week after on Saturday and Sunday, also at 19:00 gmt. Other than those times, if there are enough online, we usually end up doing a raid too, but ofc those are unplanned.

I'm interested. First MMO and still have yet to join a FC. Just hit level 50 as a Paladin but must admit I've still got a fair bit to learn:) Still need to finish up main story, almost there and complete my last level 50 Paladin quests but besides that have a pretty decent idea of what's expected from my role as a Tank even though I still occassionally screw up:) Still just enjoying the game at it's basic level and for what it is but ready to step up and start getting some good quality gear.

Also @Gavril, I hope that your first experience of MMO's has been a good one! We're not the type of FC who rushes anyone so please take your time with leveling etc and well gladly help where we can :)
We've recently had quite a sudden increase in members so things may be a bit chaotic for the time being, however I am more than willing to accept you if you still wish to try us out, just pm me when you're online and we can chat in person (well semi-person)!
