Chat splitting lines, party title abbreviated

I usually play with Japanese client, but today swapped over to English client

1st issue: my party window is abbreviating as "Par". There are no steps to reproduce it, I log in and it is like that.

2nd issue: my chat text is breaking up constantly as pictured. It happens in Free Company, party, and Link Shell chat, but only some of the time. I don't know if it is related to using English client.
