Please add iLVL and Morale mins to queue for PvP

It's pretty disheartening to queue in level 50 PvP in the non-premade and get handed dps with like, AF1 and under 50 accessories. What's the point? They will be completely useless. You already have to worry about whether or not your random partners are smart enough to get the job done. If they have trash gear, like low grade PvE stuff, it stops even mattering if they're smart. You're just going to lose. May as well just d/c out or afk or something.

I don't know that I'd care, but I'd rather not queue up in the premade DF and fight BLM+SMN all day long. Pretty boring.

So, please add iLVL and Morale mins, or improve the matching algorhythm. Similarly kind of hilarious to be around rank 10 and get shredded by PLDs in full warwolf. :P

I'd agree have at least a ilvl 55 Gear requirement. Just met 2 dumbasses today who did zero heals who came in with AF1 gears and level 30 rings.
