Cannot Enter Duty for MRD Quest "The Mountain that Strides"

Steps:

1. I complete all steps in the quest "The Mountain that Strides" until I have to speak to Solkwyb and the quest asks me to enter a duty.

2. I click the "proceed" button, but the NPC does not take me into the duty. Instead, she just goes back to the default position, as if I had not accepted the duty.

3. I have tried abandoning and retrying the quest, with the same result.

Nevermind, the quest is fixed.
