Bard DoT's working on new stuff?

I was in Turn 4 tonight, and as I was helping to break the Stoneskin on the Clockwork Soldiers, I noticed I could now put Venomous Bite and Windbite on them before the Stoneskin was broken. I believe prior to 2.1, I could only do it after it was broken. Does anyone know if this is an intended change or a bug?

really ? i didn't watch on DoT's damage,
but simply spam HS, SS until Stoneskin broken then put DoTs on.
did you noticed DoT's symbol on Solider ?

Do your spells cause damage to the stoneskin?

Stoneskin and Adlo no longer prevent add effects from occurring.

Was this in the patch notes? I looked and I didn't see it. The only thing I saw was this:

"Players will now receive the additional effects of other players' actions even if damage is completely nullified by statuses such as Stoneskin and Adloquium."

That says it should apply to players, not to enemies.

Did Turn 4 last night and the DoTs activated on Soldiers with Stoneskin effect up. It is indeed working where it didn't used to pre-2.1
