how do you claim commendation reward item?

today i completed 50 commendations but didnt recieve the item into my inventory , nor was the minion available to summon via menu ...
how do i claim my minion reward ? does it come later via mail ?

if its anything like the rest of the items u get from achievemens, u have to go to old gridania and head to the amphiteather. there should be an npc there i forgot his name but he's on the right before the amphitheater entrance

oh wait i found it

NPC Name: Jonathas, Master of the Rolls

Purpose: Achievements Rewards NPC

Location: Apkallu Falls, Old Gridania

Coordinates: X 10, Y 6

thanks alot , this wasnt explained at all in the game how to get it

go to old gridania & talk to e npc (north of e map) near smn quest giver.

actually it is explained in one of the pop up help texts that you go to him to collect achievement rewards
