what's the "Daily Limit" because I made 1 Thread, and responded to 3 others, and now I can't post replies on any more threads in General Discussion.

Someone told me the number of posts you can make each day depends on your characters level. In any case, it is indeed restricted, probably to avoid spam on the forums. I don't agree with that tactic though, it would be better to have someone moderate strictly than to prevent users from using the forums, but that's just my opinion.
