How to Download the FFXIV 1.0 Client

EDIT: Sorry I meant the FFXIV A Realm Reborn Client.

I am going away for 9 days for the holidays and wanted to see if anyone knows how to download this client. I can put it on my mothers lap top, that way I can play when I am there. Anyone know if this is possible?
