Nighthawk Visor, where is it?

I can't find any definite source of information on where to get nighthawk visor, I asked a few people i saw who had it and they said they weren't sure but maybe toto-rak, whenever i asked them where they got. but i dont want 2 keep going back 2 toto-rak for 1 peice of loot im not even drops from there so can someone please tell if it drops from there, and if it does, which chest?

thats good to know but does any know which chest? I am pretty sure the only chest that drop green gear are one the two from the 2nd and the one from the last boss.

I'm sure I got mine from the second Coeurl of Ninetails boss.
