Ticket now 4 days old.. How long do i have to wait

My ticket number: 3324531

Can someone please get this ticket looked at.. There used to be a thread for them but I cannot find it anymore.

SE usually doesn't answer tickets.

How do you contact a GM.. it shouldn't be this hard.. in FFXI its easy you just do it in game and wait..
