I'm unable to login to the game because of a lost security token, I guess my only chance of getting back in is calling support until I get an answer.
Does anyone know if they will be open over the holidays at all? I was going to try my luck getting in touch with the tomorrow (monday 23rd) but I have a bad feeling they'll be closed.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
