Launcher not booting up

Here is what pops up for me

So after defragmenting and disk cleanup and updating windows along with a few desktop restarts as well as a few reinstall FFX attempts the launcher seems to be working.....for now.
I've never had any issues with MMO's so I went a bit batcrap crazy and went on a desktop purge and somewhere along the line I fixed it(?)

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
