My wife has recently completed her main story line, however, her high level duty roulette has been locked since it came out. Her average ilvl is around 68 on lvl 50 whm, and we can't seem to find any information regarding why her high level is still locked out. Her low level roulette only lets her do lvl 16 dungeons and below, are we missing something?
Has she actually unlocked the dungeons? You said she recently completed the storyline so maybe she just hasn't done the unlock quests.
thats it you have to unlock the dungeons via the quest that takes you to the dungeon. once she does that it will unlock. you have to have at least 1 dungeon in that section unlocked.
The low level roulette is broken by design. It's not randomized, it just sticks you in the first dungeon that needs people. Unfortunately, that means that the lower the dungeon the more likely it will come up. Sastasha has the highest chance of coming up, due to the fact that everyone 15+ has access to it. The higher level the dungeon, the less likely you will get it, because there are far less people who are high enough level for it.
She's unlocked everything pre 2.1, as I have, and we've ran through AK, WP together before. The option remains locked for whatever reason.
