Lost my security token this morning, tried to call customer support and was told to submit a ticket at http://support.eu.square-enix.com/ as there was high demand.
I go on there and click Get Support > Securtiy Token > Lost Token and it tells me to call customer support :(
At a loss as to what to do from here.
Managed to submit a ticket.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
