yeh it should be removed >.<

In a lot of Chinese message boards I go to you have to post to grind board XP, so it'd make sense to have post lockouts too!

No, it hasn't. There used to be no post limit, no character limit and you could post without having logged into the game in forever.

Yeah then the spammers on the beta boards happened and this was implemented. it is funny, the japanese side of the forums does not have a lock out.
