RS Bio2 Miasma Bio Contagion Bane(if mobs) Fester Ruin Ruin Ruin Ruin Fester Ruin Ruin Ruin Ruin Fester Aetherflow repeat
In certain situations where you want burst later rather than sooner you might want to save RS if it's a slow fight. Like using it on the 2nd Dreadnaught instead of the first in T4
Rotation is too dependent on the fight you're in.
Twintania fight has a slightly different rotation as well as DPS restraints (we slow down between phase 1 and 2 except for my DoTs to push her over to next phase just when needed) and Bursts.
Ruin spam is never part of my rotation. Shadowflare and Miasma II (especially when using Bane and Raging Strikes) are cast often.
Run with 2 bards that swap foe and mana songs:
maintain dots, replace ruin with ruin 2 and melee autoattacks
QS > RS > Bio2 > Miasma> Bio + Contagion > Fester > Ruin2 > Swiftcast > Shadowflare > Rouse > Spur > Ruin 2 > Enkindle > Ruin 2 > Fester > standard priority order.
You can use QS before the pull. Miasma 2 is fine, depends on the fight. Spent most of my time on primals this week, not a fan of going anywhere near garuda, titan is fine, ifrit you'll just get blown back before you get it off.
Unless I'm mistaken RS doesn't boost shadow flare or pet damage, so isn't it a bit of a waste of the RS timer to be doing those things? i drop shadow flare before a pull and re-apply when necessary afterward. And I usually do rouse spur and maybe enkindle just after it wears off as well
Rouse Spur Enkindle are off gcd so you're not losing anything. Shadowflare is lower damage per execute time than bio 2 so you don't want to cast it before, and is higher damage than ruin even during RS so it's better to cast it over ruin regardless.
