[DevTeam] Demand: Hildibrand's Gentleman of Light emote for everyone

As the title says, I politely demand we are rewarded with Hildibrand's shining Gentleman of Light emote after the next set of quests are added.

The greatness of the Gentleman way of life should be shared with men and women alike, regardless of race, gender, creed or status.
