bad idea..hope it don't happen

wow I just had a terrible idea...

Couldn't the RMT's buy up all the land, then offer to resell for real cash?

I mean they have all the money right?


I mean especially when personal housing comes out, they could just buy it all up...
I know that some people would probably drop a few bills on a large plot instead of gathering the gil. (some people that wouldn't buy gil, would buy a large plot)

Since RMT's can do anything they want really, it would just be a matter of buying the stuff, or making fc's to buy it all up.

Anyways, just a thought.

with the price of land compared to the prices they say in tells to me it would take hundreds if not thousands of dollars for someone to buy a plot of land.

This is also the reason its so expensive. Someone buying millions of gil to buy a house is also easier to track, another reason to keep it high
