Double Dragoon (DRG 45 Quest)

Can't progress it after obtaining Drachen Gauntlets. I got the Drachen Breeches, then the Drachen Gauntlets, and then Brucemont would not talk to me.

Or any other DRG trying to do the quest either since 2.1.
