Who are we?
We are, at the time of this posting, a small FC, rank 5, who are looking to expand our play circle. We value you as a person, more than you as the "most elitexx0rz playr omgdsz"; we're looking to have fun with the people we play with, not just grind through the game as quickly as possible.
What type of player are we looking for?
We're looking for a person, not a number. That said, we are interested in players of all levels and interests, including crafters, casual players, grinders, and everything in-between. Levels can be gained, dungeons can be learned, gear can be obtained, but you can't fix someone who's a jerk.
What are content are you looking to run in FC?
Everything and anything. We'd like to gather members enough to run the primals (all modes) reliably, as well as doing CT, Coil, and the rest. We also want to help those who are lower level (from all walks, gatherers and crafters inclusive) get to where they want to be in game, and host a smattering if level 50 crafters and gatherers to assist in that goal.
Why should I join your FC, over <insert other FC name here>?
Depending on your play style, we might not be the right FC for you, but the same can be said about <other FC>. What we offer is a (mostly) drama-free, relaxed atmosphere, where you can get to know your fellow company members. In the larger FCs, it's hard to get to know a large amount of your fellows, but in a smaller, more recruitment controlled FC, you can feel like you matter more.
How large do you want to build your FC to?
Ideally, we want to gather a fair amount of people, in the >30 - <60 range. That will amount to us gathering enough people to play with, but not enough to where you blend into the crowd.
Is there room for advancement in the FC?
Such that it is, yes; more responsibility will be open to active players as the FC grows, to those who want it.
Are there any conditions to joining?
Only one; you run with us for something, anything, of your choosing. Want to do a FATE party? Works for me. Need a dungeon done? Let me know which! Main story? Sure, let's go.
As long as we can gauge how you mesh with us, that's good enough for us. Ideally, a DF party with you and two of our members, with a PUG would be best, though, as then we can even see how you react to others, too (and you can see how we react, too!). If you enjoy playing with us at the end of the run? Welcome in!
I'm already in a FC, but you guys don't sound so bad...
