Shots Fired! - <sF> - Recruitment

Note: We're looking for active, talented raiders. Raid logging =/= active.

About Us: Shots Fired is a "Mid-core" FC that's filled with a very talented raider core and is currently looking to beef up our playerbase. We're a gaming community, not just a FFXIV FC. Expect to see the majority of players participating in various other games during the low points of progression. We currently have 3 groups farming T5 (Server 3rd kill). We run a variety of raid times listed below.

Trial: There will be a 2 Week trial period that begins the first day of your raid to account for any growing pains. Think of this as your time to shine. We'll expect 100% Attendance during this time as well as food buffs.

Requirements: Due to the variety of personalities we have, we're going to limit members to an age of 18+. We expect you have Relic +1 Zenith with a mix of ilvl 70 and 90. Basically, we expect you to be T5 ready.

Benefits: Raid members will have access to the FC Vault, which numerous members within our FC help keep stocked with supplies for raid food and potions. Raiders will also have access to change the FC buff until this becomes an issue.

I have just joined this FC raiding with Cathelise Whiterose's crew and I can say you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. :D

When we started sF, we pinky-swore we would not recruit for the bench since no one likes keeping the bleachers warm. Having only just recovered from the pre-2.1 scheduling/burnout/MIA's turnover, that policy has bit us in the ass pretty hard. So we will continue to welcome talented raiders of all jobs with the expectation that there is no turn-key group spot for you at this moment in time, but one may open, be it temporary or permanent, in the future.

If you're in an FC and don't want to change where you are currently, but feel like you are a rockstar at your job on T5, we have an LS Roster for vetted players in T5. You don't have to have downed her but you do have to be good at T5 mechanics (and video games in general).

We have a website, don't use it, no one else does. Atesc may take a break from Rust long enough to make it worth using at some point before 3.0. Your fastest means of contacting us will be pinging myself or Raipin in-game.

As a bump my group is now recruiting a solid Bard for a T1-T5 on M/W nights @ 8:30PM EST.
