Better visual effects for status effects.

Status effects in ff14 sort of just happen, atm you only see a small icon to tell you what is happening and it not the clearest thing in world to understand.
Ok so something like charm was really well done in ff11 for example but posion?, maybe some visual effects could enhance the experience ( with option to toggle on and off)
Magic has great visual effects, it would be intresting to see status effects match them.

Also maybe can add ribbons which prevent a certain status effect/ null them.

WS visual effects too pls. Makes no sense on why 11's WS's look better than 14....
