Duty roulette reset

A question for u guys

The duty roulette bonus is given once every day but when does the reset occur? Is it at midnight or 24h later after completing a duty roulette or... something else?

If it follows the other reset timer conventions it should be 8am PST.

It's always at midnight japan, which is 10 am EST.

I think I read on FFXIinfo.com that HM primals can pop up on the High Level roulette... that doesn't stack well with the bonus, in my opinion. If I was to abandon duty and eat the 30min penalty, can I still get the bonus when I requeue? or is the bonus lost after entering a dungeon?

I might be mistaken, but I'm fairly certain there was a time change in Japan. It was 7 AM pst that the DR reset and when I checked the time in Japan at 8 AM pst, it said it was 1 AM.

Japan doesn't change their clocks.

The reset is at 7 AM Pacific for now. It will be 8 AM in the spring if you live somewhere that uses DST. There's at least one in-game active help window that gets it wrong (doesn't adjust for DST/non-DST), and probably several websites/forum posts/whatever that were written during DST that say the resets happen at 8/11 Pacific/Eastern.
