Have spoken to Starlight Celebrant at 3 locations. But haven't got any event details from him. What should I do?

Look at the lodestone for the fate coordinates.

I've been at lodestone. I've visited Starlight Celebrant at 3 locations mentioned at lodestone. But he didn't say me how to join to event.

One of the FATEs in question happens in Central Shroud near the Southern Shroud exit. I don't know where the others are yet.

The fate in question is called Stay Frosty
Some locations

Central Thanalan> x24, y30
Central Shroud (near Mirror Planks)
North Shroud (near Hyrstmill)
Lower La Noscea> x19, y35

Just join the FATE 3 times. Then you'll buy everything they offer. No need to get in an actual quest to participate.
