Side story quest question (SPOILERS)

Ok, so at the end of the new Hildibrand mission in patch 2.1 it shows Gilgamesh holding a spear and Nashu makes a very hinty comment that she has mined that spear before just as a coblyn scurries past. What's that about? I think she's hinting towards either copperbell mines dungeon or to the area where the entrance is. she says something about pumpkins too, could she mean the bombs that are in the area? Thoughts?

It's a reference to events that heppened in 1.0, that much I know, even if I can't say any more.

The spear is Nael van Darnus' Bradamante (main villain of 1.o). They found it in a field of pumpkins and Hildibrandt used it to get to Dalamud (which is refered to earlier in the new quest line)
