Buying a house for your guild leader that is. He will own the house, and you will have no recourse if he decides to boot you.

3 months to help buy your FC leader his house, so you can use it to take naps and have picnics. So worth it.

I don't think anyone besides the guild leader or his close friend should spend money on the house, it's something as a gift to FC members, in my opinion, not something members should pay for.

since on the long term, the house will bring advantage to the people of the FC, it's.... more than simple thing for the leader.
