Few suggestions for housing

I am not sure if this is impossible but I thought it might be nice if we could build a custom designed house - similar to how building stuff works in the Minecraft. Gathering resources and actually building a house could be good FC-wide activities where members can work together for a common goal outside of killing stuff.

Also I think it might be nice if FC houses could be used for unranked pvp area for FCs so members could perhaps practice and host tourneys and what not. I think workshop is a nice feature but since a house is very expensive, it could have more exclusive privileges tied to it.
