The same place you did for 180, depending on how you did sub you may or may not be able to get the time required for the mount. This is also dependent on your global location as well.

You can't, 180 is the cap.. You'll have to wait till you can add more gametime.
People already with the behemoth originally had 90 days worth of Gametime and added another 180 once that was up.
