Trial by wind quest bugged

Frequency: Everytime I tried
World name: Moogle
Character name: Crest Novia
Class/Level: 16
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 00:30
Area and coordinates: East Shroud - The Honey Yard, X:11 Y:22
Steps:
1. Accepted quest and talked to the NPC
2. Completed the part after this where you must defeat one enemy
3. Investigate the pocket of corrupted air.

This is where the bug happens, when I go to enter the duty I am getting the error message saying: "A system error occurred during event movement"
