I have been trying to do alot of the housing crafting list and there is some items I cant find or next to impossible to find anything about them. The one in particular that I am stuck on atm is Cutting Oil. Anyone know where to find this?

Offshoot chance is it bought from the generic vendors? not the guild vendors but the generic ones?
