PS3 Market Board Issue

I am having an Issue with the Market board on the PS3 version of the game. I have been trying to sells items such as old gear and materials over the board and I just have not been able to find any function button or command to be able to post the items. This is causing me some serious problems and I am not sure if it is a bug or if its me not knowing what to do. I would appreciate if someone would help me.
