I was wondering this too since I will be moving some day but I need to check prices on that other server first
Erm just go to the mog station for server transfers? Or am I missing something?
It doesn't explain what the rules are though.
That's because there are no rules about it. Of course you can transfer a character to the same world as your own, as long as you're not transferring off a legacy server to a nonlegacy server.
