Steps:
Okay, so the night before last night me and my Free Company group was running coil. Everything was fine, smooth, normal as every run every week. We downed Caduceus. The treasure chests drop. The alg chest piece drops as well as a caster helmet. Our other tank ( Ouji Vegeta) didn't need the chest piece so he passed on it. The SMN ( Mlk ) rolled on the caster helmet. For some reason the chest piece & the caster helm both went to our summoner. I stayed around & waited for the loot to go out before leaving. It said I had one but he ended up winning/getting both of them. Now my group can vogue for me & I believe we may have screens. I'm not sure. Is this a glitch or something of the sort. I just want to know if there is anyway to remedy this. I have sent tickets all around & over. Please help :c
