Must wait for loot timer to expire before looting in dungeon solo

Steps:
1. Progress through Sastasha in a group.
2. Do not loot all treasure boxes.
3. Complete Sastasha.
4. Have everyone else leave the group.
5. Open a treasure box which contains content that can be rolled on.
6. Select Need, Greed, or Pass.

Behavior:
The item is not allocated upon selecting a looting option. The item is allocated after the loot timer finishes.

Expected behavior:
Behavior 1: Immediately after step 5, the item is allocated without the ability to select Need, Greed, or Pass. This was the behavior prior to patch 2.1.
Behavior 2: Immediately after Step 6, the item should be allocated.
