NPC Parsemontret is broken - Cannot advance in Crystal Tower questline

World Name: Behemoth
Quest: A Performance for the Ages (Crystal Tower Attunement quest)
Speak with Parsemontret in Gridania.

Parsemontret in Old Gridania seems to be broken after last night's maintenance. In the portion of the quest after receiving the red materia IV and saving Wedge, we're required to speak to Parsemontret about Rammbroe's missing friend. However, I, among many other players standing around Parsemontret, cannot interact with him to get the next quest in the questline.

Additionally, I've tried to switch to my lower level miner to get an independent quest he offers, and he won't give that up either. Also tried relogging.

I can confirm this bug. Same server (Behemoth).
You can not talk to the NPC "Parsemontret".

Yes, Broken.
Dose nothing as DoW/DoM, but if DoH/DoL pretty much tells you to be DoW/DoM if that makes sense.

All reports from Behemoth, I think it's just our server.

Same bug, same server - hope this gets fixed fast.
