Chroma Legacy XIV is a Free Company currently doing end game content on the Ragnarok server. We're looking to add new people to our roster.
A little about us
Chroma was formed as a Final Fantasy XI end game linkshell on the Asura server. We reformed on FFXIV when 1.0 was released and now we're active in 2.0. We are a European based Free Company and operate primarily in EU prime time. Although we are predominantly an EU shell, we do have NA members and are willing to accept new NA time zone members.
We are currently looking at adding to our roster, with the intention of doing events during the week (7pm GMT till finish). We are planning on doing events such as Crystal Tower, Extreme primals (HM for those who need) and Ultima Weapon. We have one static Coil group at the moment (clearing up to Turn 5), but we're willing to run more if we have enough interested.
Rules
Chroma has a strict no drama policy. That is not to say we have no internal drama, no Free Company can expect that. What we do however expect from our members, is that they act in a respectful manner. Obviously drama does occur, but on our part we try and keep it to a minimum. Any applicant must be able to respect that and conduct themselves in a fitting manner.

Requirements
Ideally, we're looking for people with more than 1 level 50 job. This makes it easier to set up parties for events. You should also have knowledge of the fight you are participating in. If there is a event you have not done before, you are expected to do some research before hand so that you know your role without council having to walk you through every step. We will help if asked, but please try to find information out for yourself.
Finally, you are expected to understand your job and others. We're not expecting you to have the best of the best gear, just an understanding of what stats are best for your job.
