PS3 Version Freezing...

There has been a case on the PS3 version where the game has been freezing, and locking up more than usual since patch 2.1. I have had to cut my game off 6 times due to this issue after the patch. And have had to do it 3 times this morning.

Froze while going to retainer in Lominsa by market boards.
Froze while riding chocobo.
Froze while attempting to zone. When game came back on I was in the area I was originally suppose to go to.

All I can think of at the time, but it has been freezing frequently. Thank you for listening, and other than this I am enjoying the patch.

mine usually freezes once or twice during 8-10 hours of game time.

my guess is, Sony has released a bug to destroy all the ps3 to help with the sales of ps4. >_<

yea this is now happening to me when I play on ps3 aswell, I have never had an issue on ps3 before this patch -_-.

Mine's frozen twice since the patch, as well. First time was yesterday when I tried to teleport to Ul'Dah; it froze on the loading screen. The second time it froze I was trying to summon my retainers at the Markets in Ul'Dah.

I've heard about this issue happening to other PS3 users since the patch, so it's definitely not an issue of our PS3s failing.

I had the freeze last night in Limsa looking at the Market Boards. Had to do a hard boot to relaunch the game; PS3 didnt respond to any buttons including PS button.

I too have noticed this. I have frozen up on PS3 twice while teleporting and once during the "Cancer" fate.

Been experiencing more crashes as well

Once in a while i get Freezes as well. It is not every time i play however
