[EU] Recovery from PlayStation Network Technical Difficulties (Dec. 19)

During the following time period, players on the PlayStation 3 version were unable to log into FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn due to technical difficulties with Sony Computer Entertainment's PlayStation Network service.
