ok been gone for since a month after launch because i'm stuck on a server that i dont' wana play on, are they allowing legacy xfer's yet to where ever i wana go? i can't find any current news on it

Legacy Server remains transfer to Legacy Server only. Wait another 3-6 months for Markets to finally even out.
