When logging in to Mor Dhona, I'm getting the artwork for Ul'dah, instead.

Time: 1917 JST, 19 Dec
Frequency: Have not tried to repeat, as it involves logging out and back in repeatedly, but I believe it's Always
World name: Balmung
Character name: Aria Placida
Area and coordinates: Camp Revenant's Toll, Mor Dhona, 22,7
Steps:
1. Log out in specified area
2. Log back in, noting the "Now Loading" screen artwork
3. Artwork will be for Ul'dah, not Mor Dhona
