Chat Support Fail. [Right of Passage]
I had a horrible experience with the support provided by SE.
I went to redeem my RoP (Which is admittedly late, although others have been successful in getting theirs recently) and was directed to your support. I made a ticket, as directed, and was told it would be within 48 hours. Of course, nearly a week later I get my response.
The response told me I did it wrong and needed to contact technical chat support instead of the ticket support I was directed to. On top of this, they managed to make a spelling error in the automated response. No, I would not like to contact you 'foll-free'.
Anyways, I connect to your chat service. The message says they are reviewing my ticket, so I wait. A minute later they say I don't need any more help and leave the session. I go through the process of making another ticket again and I get the following horrible conversation from Agent Paul:

What kind of support is that? That's ridiculous. -_-.
Anyways, I wait a couple hours and finally get another Agent. Much more helpful but still tried to close the conversation up immediately without me finishing anything. She asked for my characters information, and I gave it to her.
I ask if she needs anything else, and I get a 'Nope', with an immediate closure of the session. I wanted to ask approximately how long it will take to mail, or if I would be getting any notifications about it through e-mail, but like I said- she immediately closed the session.
So.... yeah. Good job, support team!
PS: Kick Agent Paul in the face for me, please.
