5: Re-peat steps 1-5


Instance:
1 Start the quest Proof of Might.
2 Successfully talked to all the NPC's
3 Went to Central Shroud
4 Clicked on the Scarred Lance
5 Clicked "Proceed" on the Commence battle pop up.
6 Nothing Happens
7 Repeat 4-7 with no change.
