Personally I prefer to use Yellow Gremlin, it seems to have the best and most accurate information. DisciplesoftheLand is pretty good too if you like the DOL jobs.

I like ZAM, but sometimes the info is incomplete or missing. I use YG as well.

YG and Eorzeapedia. YG is great for things like items and recipes but the quest database is somewhat...non-existent.

Usually FFXIVPro when I want to look up mat->craft backgrounds, going to Eorzeapedia if it seems like Pro is missing some crafts in the database.
Disciples of the Land is a big favorite for trying to look up where to find certain materials. -

I like yg too. They came on and just blew every other site out of the water in terms of utility features and even user interface. Very professional. Haven't really used the forums there though.
