Missing quest icon

Time: 12/17 4:03pm EST

NPC name: Silent Conjurer
Class/Level: DRG 50
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Nophica's Altar
Steps:
1. Since the start of the quest I could not find the quest Icon on my main map but only on the mini map
2.even when I click on the quest and click map, it did not help.
