My girlfriend went to go check out the new housing areas on her character. She went to zone in and it stayed on the loading screen for a good 20 minutes or so, then my computer restarted itself. Now when she tries to log in, it just stays on the loading screen after character selection. Sat on it for a good 2 hours last night.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need the person who is experience the bug to fill out the report. Have that person go to Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once they can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once they have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
