Game causes my internet to crash

Details: For two I have been trying to log into the game. Each time from 5 seconds to 1 minutes I get a notification from the game saying there is an error from the server. Error (30002)1306967117,19650577,5

When the game crashes sometime I can still use firefox, but often it causes it to crash. It never happens when I using firefox. I close firefox and put on FFXIV and from the time mentioned above the game receives the error.

A person came to my house said everything is working fine, he couldn't explain what was wrong. My networker adapter is fine, the router is working properly, everyone but me out of the 4 computers is having the problem.

I tried technical support on Square-enix, I don't know why I bothered, they keep linking me to the same page after I already filled out the problem. Chat support is currently unavailable.

Steps:
1. Logged into FFXIV. Then after a few seconds I received the message Error (30002)1306967117,19650577,5.
2. I tried to reenter the game and it allowed me in, only to receive the message again.
3.I have tried multiple times all day to fix the connection by restarting my router and modem. The results are the same.
4. System restore. Still not change to being able to stay in the game longer than 5 seconds to a minute.
